The first sale of its kind takes place on Thursday the 25th of August at 6pm via the MartBids platform under the Munster Auctions banner. Entries are still open for bale trailers, cattle trailers, slurry tankers, post drivers, and more .The sale is capped at 80 lots of machinery.
For interested buyers, viewing will take place between 2pm and 5pm on August 23rd and from 10am to 5pm on the 24th and the 25th of August. The venue is strategically located beside Junction 13 on the M8 in Mitchelstown, in the heart of Munster.
A bidding deposit of €300 is required to bid in the auction. This is available under the MartBids platform. The deposit will return to your account within seven days of the auction if you do not purchase at the sale. If you are interested in bidding, registration opens on Tuesday the 23rd of August at 12pm. Purchasers are required to pay a 10% deposit immediately after the sale via card payment. No lots can be removed unless paid for in full. Payment method is bank transfer and card payments only. Please see Terms and Conditions of Sale on the MartBids app or on this website.
Lots entered in the sale to date include a 2017 Doosan DX140 LCR 14-tonne track machine. The vendor won the machine in a Facebook raffle at a cost of just €25 for the winning ticket.
There is a fully rebuilt early model Ford 7000. The owner has stored this collectable tractor in the shed for several years and it is a unique offering to this auction.
Also entered in the sale is a 14ft Ifor Williams cattle trailer, Takeuchi TB175 7.5 tonne track machine, tri axel 25ft Chieftain low loader trailer with hydraulic ramps, 14 tonne Chieftain dump trailer, Ford 7840, a Massey 398 which was fully restored over lockdown, a Bulk Tank, shipping containers, a grain trailer, a cattle box and much more.
